Facilities
The City of Greer’s Facilities Team manages 63 diverse structures spread across various locations, presenting unique logistical challenges due to the separation of facilities. The custodial staff ensures all city buildings are thoroughly cleaned and maintained, while also supporting city events by keeping spaces clean and ready for use. The maintenance team handles repairs, oversees subcontractors, and ensures facilities remain in optimal condition, contributing to the smooth operation of city services and events.
