Records Management

The Records Division of the Greer Police Department is responsible for managing and maintaining all department-generated records. The division ensures the integrity and secure storage of records in various informational systems, allowing for efficient retrieval when needed. These records are maintained in accordance with SLED policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The Records Division provides essential services to both the public and police officers. It assists with requests for Incident Reports, Traffic Collision Reports, and Arrest Reports, offering support and information as needed.
