In the wake of the water transmission line that was damaged a few days ago, we have some good news! Multiple city facilities have now had their waterlines flushed and water filters replaced. The water fountains at: Kids Planet, Century Park, Cannon Center, Stevens Field, and Victory Gym have all been turned back on. City Park outdoor restrooms and drinking fountains have also been turned back on.
Thank you to Greer CPW for their hard work so far in getting the damaged waterline repaired!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the City of Greer is showing our support! This past Wednesday, was “Be Seen in Green Day” for us, which helps bring awareness to mental health by wearing the color green. Green is the official color for mental health awareness and represents renewal, hope, and vitality. Did you know that 1 in 5 Americans will experience a diagnosable mental health condition this year? If you see someone struggling with their mental health, please reach out to them and try to offer support. We can all make a difference in someone’s life or our own if we join together and advocate for one another.
