Mission
The Mission Statement of the Greer Police Department is to provide quality services in partnership with the community to ensure safe and secure neighborhoods - a city safe for all to live, work, and play.
The Greer Police Department is set to undergo an on-site assessment to obtain accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Inc. (CALEA). As part of the process, members of the community are invited to offer comments related to the department's compliance with CALEA standards, engagement in the service community, delivery of public safety services, and overall candidacy for accredited status.
