The City of Greer provides arts programming, festivals, classes, and productions for all ages and art forms. The facilities operated by the Cultural Arts Division include the Tryon Recreation Center (offering camps and classes), The Cannon Centre (hosting theatrical productions), and the recently renovated historic building known as "The Center for the Arts" in the Arts District. The Center for the Arts is the home for Cultural Arts in Greer, offering office and classroom space, hosting artists in residence, and featuring an auditorium that can accommodate approximately 150 seats. Additionally, it includes a 2-acre park with walking trails, green space, a small amphitheater, and a playground.
