The Cultural Arts in Greer
The City of Greer provides arts through programming, festivals, classes and productions. All art forms and offered activities are provided for all ages! Facilities where our Cultural Arts Division operate include the Tryon Recreation Center (camps and classes), The Cannon Centre (theatrical productions), and the City has recently completed renovation on a historic building called “The Center for the Arts”, in its Arts District. The Center for the Arts serves as the home for Cultural Arts in Greer and offers office and classroom space, artists in residence, an auditorium that can accommodate approximately 150 seats, and a 2-acre park with walking trails, green space, a small amphitheater, and a playground.
