Yard/Garage Sale Notification

Rules

  • A maximum of 12 yard sales may be held at any residence during any calendar year. 

  • Residents may conduct a yard/garage sale over a two-day period (either Thursday and Friday or Friday and Saturday). 

  • Yard/garage sales may not be held on Sundays in the City of Greer.

  • Yard/garage sales may not be held on commercial property.  All yard sales must be held on residentially zoned property.

  • Sales shall be limited in time to no more than the daylight hours on two consecutive days, excluding Sundays.
