Cannon Centre

Originally constructed in 1936 as the Greer National Guard Armory, the Cannon Centre offers an elegant, vintage atmosphere with exposed brick walls and tall ceilings making it the perfect place to host the event of a lifetime.

The rental space is around 5,600 square feet with one attached lobby area. The deck spans the entire southern exterior of the building and overlooks the serene gazebo and pond. 

The Cannon Centre can seat up to 350 people. There is a full kitchen and two dressing rooms as well.

Event Halls at Greer City Hall

What makes the Event Halls the perfect place to host your event?

Start with flexibility. One hall offers 1,500 square-feet of space, but we can easily double or triple the space by arranging partitions for a total of 4,500 square feet along with two adjoining lobby areas.

The Main Lobby features large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. This space is great for hosting baby showers, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and other smaller events.

Add the perfect ambiance through lighting and audio-visual materials. Each section of the Event Halls includes a projector and screen that are stored above the ceiling and drop down when needed. A Power Point presentation of the latest sales figures -- or a DVD honoring a bride and groom -- never looked better.

Picnic Shelter

Large Picnic Shelter Next to Playground

The City Park Picnic Shelter overlooking the pond offers plenty of room for less formal events. Enjoy dining, activities, and plenty of adjacent green space for fun in the sun.

Amphitheater

This multipurpose facility fits the bill for events ranging from an intimate outdoor wedding with 150 guests to a concert with 1,000 fans. Under the sun or beneath the stars, the tiered seating and access to the Event Halls offers both comfort and convenience for any event.
