FEMA issued an updated Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report, effective May 4, 2021 and August 18, 2014, reflecting flood hazard determinations within the City of Greer, Greenville County, Spartanburg County, and other incorporated areas.
Use the City’s Geographic Information System (GIS) to determine if your property is located within a flood zone. See the “NFHL” layer in the map layer list. Or use the FEMA Flood Map Service Center to search for your property.
