Water Quality Speaker Series

In 2010 and 2011, the J.M. Smith Foundation sponsored "Water: Securing Our Future," a six-part series hosted by the City of Greer, the City of Spartanburg, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, and Upstate Forever.
